About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tunnel Rush Mania, the Android game published by WarmApp Games (“we”, “us”). Contact us at warmappgames@gmail.com.
By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to personalized advertising or other processing that requires a separate choice.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other rights that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to you.
Who may use the game
The game is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you. Any separate parental authorization required by data-protection law also applies.
Use a device you own or are authorized to use. A purchase must be authorized by the payment-account holder. You do not need to create a WarmApp Games account to play, although Google Play and game services may use their own accounts or installation identifiers.
Permission to play and acceptable use
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, artwork, audio, trademarks and other protected material belong to WarmApp Games or their respective licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
You must not:
- Distribute unauthorized copies or sell access to the game or its content.
- Manipulate purchases, ad rewards or game data to obtain benefits fraudulently.
- Interfere with the game’s services, bypass security measures or use the game unlawfully.
- Submit malicious, unlawful or abusive material through support features.
- Copy, modify or reverse engineer protected software except where applicable law or the relevant license permits it.
Purchases and virtual items
The game is free to download. Optional purchases, such as coin packs, are offered through Google Play. The product and price are shown before you confirm a purchase. Your Google Play payment settings and the applicable store terms govern payment authorization and processing.
Coins, tokens, shields, energy and other virtual items are used only within the game. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not offered for transfer or resale outside the game. This does not limit a refund or other remedy required by law or applicable store rules.
The entitlement you buy is the one described at the time of purchase. Changes to future offers or game balance do not retroactively reduce the quantity of coins promised for a completed coin-pack purchase. Spending a consumable item uses that item; reinstalling the game does not automatically restore spent consumables.
For an unsuccessful purchase, a missing grant or a refund request, contact warmappgames@gmail.com or follow Google Play’s refund process. Include the product and Google Play order number where available, but never send your password or full card details. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, store rules and the circumstances; these terms do not impose an “all sales final” rule.
Advertising and rewards
Some versions or features of the game may include advertising. Where a rewarded ad is offered, participation is optional and the offered reward and completion conditions are shown in the game. Other ad placements may also be used where available. Advertising depends on network availability, your region, privacy permissions and the features enabled in your version.
An ad opportunity is not a guarantee that an ad will load. Closing a rewarded ad before the required completion condition is met may mean no reward is earned. If you complete an offered ad but do not receive its reward, contact support with the approximate time and the reward involved. Ad rewards and virtual items are not cash prizes.
Advertising privacy choices are explained in our Privacy Policy and the controls presented in the game. Agreeing to these terms does not override those choices.
Progress, connectivity and device requirements
Progress, balances and settings are saved locally on your device. Android backup may restore app data, depending on your settings, but the game does not promise cross-device synchronization or recovery of every save. Clearing app storage, resetting progress, changing devices or losing a backup can result in lost progress or balances. Contact support before clearing data to troubleshoot a purchase problem. This limitation does not remove your statutory purchase rights.
Some gameplay is available offline. Purchases, advertising, support submissions and other online services require a working connection. Your mobile provider may charge for data or roaming; you are responsible for charges you authorize under your agreement with that provider.
Supported devices and Android versions may change. Rooted or otherwise modified devices may affect security and functionality, but modification does not by itself waive rights you have under applicable law.
Updates and changes to the service
We may update the game to fix problems, improve security, adjust gameplay or add and change features. Certain features may require an update to continue working. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law and respect applicable rights relating to paid content and digital services.
We may change or discontinue online features. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of a material discontinuation. Any change or discontinuation remains subject to your rights relating to purchases, including any applicable refund or other remedy.
Third-party services and links
The game uses Google Play, Google/Firebase and Unity services, and may use Atlassian’s Trello for support reports. Their applicable terms govern your use of those services. External websites, advertisements and social-media pages may have separate terms and privacy policies. Linking to a service is not a guarantee of its content or availability, and does not remove our own legal responsibilities.
Service quality and responsibility
We aim to keep the game usable and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device. Network outages, third-party service failures and device problems can affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by use that breaches these terms. This does not exclude responsibility for our own failures where the law makes us responsible. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any injury, loss or obligation for which liability cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory rights concerning faulty digital content or services remain intact.
Ending use
You can stop using and uninstall the game at any time. Uninstalling does not automatically request a refund or delete data already held by online services; see the Privacy Policy for privacy requests.
We may restrict access or end the license for a material breach of these terms, a serious security issue or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Ending use does not remove accrued purchase rights or other mandatory remedies.
Changes to these terms
We will publish revised terms on this page with an updated date and identify when material changes take effect. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required by law. Changes are not applied retrospectively to take away existing purchase rights or resolve an existing dispute in our favor.
